The Marketplace Strategy Coordinator will be based in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro, being the reference for our marketplace's growth and engagement across the company.


What You'll Do

  • Responsible for the management of Performance, Planning & Media teams;
  • Help the organization to deliver performance campaigns in digital channels such as Facebook Ads, Twitter, Youtube, Google, Ad Networks and RTB networks with strong data mindset in order to optimize growth and monetization KPIs;
  • Work in a horizontal structure in order to manage the company media budget of 3 verticals (Real Estate, Autos and Masterbrand), interacting and reporting it to each stakeholder;
  • The person will also be in charge of branding media execution, managing the team and agency in order to delivery omni-channel media plans (OOH, Open TV, Paid TV, Radio and Digital.);
  • Strong analytical skills are needed in order to build return of media investment analysis, build reports and dashboards to present campaign results to C-level stakeholders;
  • Also, with the planning team, will coordinate all marketing budget control and report to the board, and manage team expenses and payment flow, being close to the finance team to be responsible for the financial monthly closing;
  • Translate OLX strategy and OKRs into team OKRs and build a prioritised backlog of work which will deliver the key results.


What You’ll Need

  • Digital media skills (Tracking, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager);
  • Offline media knowledge (Media plan, optimization, KPIs);
  • Analytical mindset and data driven decisions;
  • Proficiency in optimizing and executing SEM, PPC and basic SEO knowledge;
  • Experience with team and/or agency management;
  • English;
  • Excel (Advanced).
